• Median home prices are flat week-over-week, but compared to last year, we’re still up about 4.5% in most Southern states.

3. Purchase Price: Fixed now or determined at end of lease.

4. Rent Credit: A portion of rent goes toward the purchase.

5. Maintenance Agreement: Decide who handles what.
